JSC Marketing Services was set up in 1991 by myself [Jacqui Crew] with the idea that “until a company has found out why they have lost business, they cannot improve on future business”. This philosophy led to the “Lost Sales Survey”. Lost Sales was received well by the motor industry and JSC’s first client was Chariots St Albans Porsche. Nearly thirty years in the motor industry has given JSC an excellent reputation whilst building strong business relationships with many individual dealers, dealer groups and manufacturers. Our ethos is to give our clients the best possible service, ask “how high?” when asked to jump, be flexible, give value for money and gain them more business.Some dealers have supplied JSC with lists in excel from their management systems (normally Kerridge) and others have provided the information electronically. For both systems JSC produce a monthly report which allows the management to evaluate sales performance and customer feedback.Some of JSC’s other clients gave access to Electronic Systems [e.g. E-GoodManners]. This break through gave JSC access to those systems enabling the information to go directly back into the salespeople’s diary - therefore, giving immediate results and making the whole process more efficient. JSC have also worked with dealers that have different systems i.e. Dealer Web and Contact Advantage. JSC were involved in setting up the electronic feedback questionnaire and automatic reporting for Contact Advantage
