During my 3 years self employed, I have worked with a variety of different clients in a variety of different industries.My main client to date is in the charity sector, and I help them audit and maintain their web presence.I overhauled their website (Wordpress), and helped them rebrand as a company to help them tie in their sister charities.I use canva to design graphics to use on their Facebook page, and also design posters and advertising for them to place on their website, and around the local village.Other clients specifications include:- Writing blogs - Editing existing content to bring it more in line with SEO practice- SAGE administration (payroll, monthly reconciliations, creating invoices, recording payments and updating payment deficits)- Answering enquiries (email, social media and phone)- Managing the work diary (scheduling and inputting appointments)

I oversaw a group of writers who sent me monthly blogs and articles regarding their work in the healthcare sector.I proofread, edited, published and promoted their writing onto our social media platforms and website using:• Trello• CMS• Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn • Bitly• BigContacts• Xero• Google Analytics I also helped with the accounts management identifying issues with job advertisements and highlighting these to the clients in order to improve their success.I used Xero to raise and send invoices to clients, and then recorded their payments/owed funds accordingly.
