After working for many years as a Business Analyst, I took time off from my career to enjoy time with my husband and our young children. During that time, I was able to indulge my passion for cooking with exotic spices and experimenting with cuisines through practice and research. At this point, I feel I could never go back to the Banking industry and look forward to a future in the Hospitality industry. This led me to enrol at Box Hill Institute; I completed Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.I dream of one day cooking in my own restaurant where the dishes I prepare offer a dining experience that is truly unique and wonderful. My passion for food and hosting, combined with my respect for hospitality industry, make me eager for an opportunity to prove myself and my skills.
