During my time at dtb advertising, I was able to expand on my customer service skills, time management and attention to detail qualities. Incorporating these aspects into my daily routine allowed me to understand how important it is to communicate effectively on all levels with colleagues and clients.

March 1990 – May 2008My extensive customer service and communication knowledge was gained from my previous work experiences within the Medical, Hospitality, Recruitment, Retail and Marketing sectors. All skills obtained from my previous roles have been transferred into all my working positions effectively. My highly developed customer experience and communication skills have contributed on an ongoing basis to my success with all previous employment opportunities. From my collective experience, I have been fortunate to be thrown in the deep end with positive results. I believe this has given me the confidence to grow and has no doubt increased my determination to learn and adapt to any situation. The supportive roles I have had within the Marketing, Recruitment and Medical sectors have provided me with the experience to further develop my time management, communication and teamwork skills to a higher level. Building and maintaining positive working relationships is important to me and has enabled me to receive positive feedback from work colleagues with regards to my team player, proactive and supportive nature that contributes to team’s successes and deadlines met. This feedback is invaluable and gives me the confidence in my abilities to progress forward in my career.
