During the pandemic I have looked at my life journey and realised that my passion in 'promoting health and wellness' through Reiki and Life Coaching has always been put on the back burner; never giving myself the time to pursue my dream. As we have all lived through a difficult year I feel that helping people to regain their wellbeing is more prominent that ever.. I am just putting the finishing touches to an introductory 6 week programme incorporating Reiki treatments and various life coaching techniques to assist people to continue their life journey with fulfilment and purpose.
