We create enduring value through the smart interplay of wealth creation and protection structures with strategic holistic financial planning advice. Running a business that is a great place to work capable of driving excellent outcomes for our clients, supporting causes close to our hearts and spending time with family and friends is what I enjoy most. My greatest love is my long and happy marriage to Andrew, where together we are raising our three beautiful daughters to become women of the future.HOW I GOT HEREAfter finishing my degree and applying for about 70 jobs during 'the recession we had to have,' I finally got a job in IT PR. This ended up being a great kick start to my career as the IT boom was well underway. A European back packing trip returned me to Sydney with my memories full but my pockets empty. I landed a job with PPR and was privileged to work on accounts such as McDonald’s, Volvo and Oracle. Taking time out to have our three daughters, Victoria, Annabelle and Scarlett, I gave birth two times without drugs but on the third time I said, “give me the drugs!” I had by now married the love of my life and my soul mate, Andrew. My career with Sherlock Wealth began because my husband kept trying to put me on a budget! Preferring to help him earn more instead, I joined the family business in 2014. I was quickly promoted GM and then to CEO, where I led the business through a critical phase of transformation while navigating the impacts of the banking royal commission and covid. It might have been easier just to stick to the budget!Today, I am proud of what we have achieved and am excited about the future as we grow and scale the business. I love what I do. Everyday I get to learn something new and to work with people who motivate and inspire me. I am so thankful for the support of my team, clients, associates and to our business coaches for helping us to continue to build on our trusted legacy. Intuition, innovation, creativity and an ability to connect with people through honest and direct communication are my strengths.
