As a Women's Health & Fitness Coach, I help women unravel the mess of mid-life, understand what's going on, and learn how to use movement, exercise, and lifestyle strategies to live with health and vitality in the second half of life. My passion for fitness has been lifelong, including professional qualifications, time in hospital rehab settings, and experience in Sports Management, before specialising in women's health and performance in the past decade.My own lived experience of perimenopause, and working with many mid-life women over the years, have all culminated in the deeper clarity to help women make sense of their own messy middles and re-write their mid-life story. I'm driven to educate and empower women to make a huge impact on their own health and longevity.
