• GMF migration to HBF
• Determine the agreed set of GMF members and policies to be migrated, outlining the data to be migrated e.g. product history, claims history, financial history etc.
• Document data archive requirements including how this data is to be accessed when required.
• Identify and document changes to business processes pre, during and post migration.
• Document how legacy systems (HAMBS and e5) will be decommissioned.
• Review the impacts of the migration processes on the GMF and HBF website and portals.
