Internet of Things (IoT) Market ScanOperational Technology (OT) Business Case. • Preparation of the IoT Market Scan RFI complete with nine use cases, issued to IoT vendors with an invitation to present their offerings in the IoT landscape.• Organisation and analysis of 28 two-hour vendor presentations.• Identification and recommendation of vendors to partake in proof of concepts.• Investigation, analysis, estimation and preparation of the approved 2018/19 OT Business Case.

GMF migration to HBF• Determine the agreed set of GMF members and policies to be migrated, outlining the data to be migrated e.g. product history, claims history, financial history etc.• Document data archive requirements including how this data is to be accessed when required.• Identify and document changes to business processes pre, during and post migration.• Document how legacy systems (HAMBS and e5) will be decommissioned.• Review the impacts of the migration processes on the GMF and HBF website and portals.• Identify communications required with members and third parties as part of the transition.• Support the business in the transition from GMF to HBF.• Work with third parties such as e5 and Fuji Xerox on solution components.

UnisysWest were awarded the contract to develop an Integrated Courts Management System (ICMS) for the Western Australian Department of Justice. The aim of this project was to replace the 25 existing court systems with one system catering for the needs of 10 different court jurisdictions. This OO project utilised leading edge technology including Microsoft .Net. This was possible through the First Wave (Early Adapter) agreement between Microsoft, UnisysWest and Department of Justice.• Managing project schedules for the delivery of analysis artefacts. • Leading a team of eight business analysts.• Introduction of standards for the development of use cases and other design artefacts. • Developing use cases and modelling in Rational Rose. • Ongoing customer relationship.• Regular presentations to the ICMS Project Team and the Department of Justice management on the status of the ICMS Analysis. • Undertook a study called the Multiple Jurisdiction Framework to determine the structure of the Courts, the nature of its core processes, and how these vary across the domain. This study examined the cross-jurisdictional requirements across all key Civil and Criminal Jurisdictions, documented the framework and communicated this to the Department and ICMS Project Team to establish a common understanding of the Business Domain
