In this role I developed new business and built relationships with Finance Introducers, Australian Defence Force (ADF) as well as internal stakeholders and the Branch network.Additional Responsibilities• Built capability within the team, coaching in specific areas of risk, credit and lending principles, relationship development and customer connections.• Led and managed change, restructuring the team from eight members down to five.• Led and embedded the NAB internal strategies. • Promoted NAB products and services and the NAB brand overall through the delivery of external and internal presentations.• Established and implemented frameworks for effective and efficient onboarding of Tellers, Relationship Bankers and Branch Managers.• Facilitated induction and training workshops.Notable Achievements• Successfully restructured a non-performing Acquisition team of eight into a performing team, with all five team members achieving 100 per cent – 150 per cent of the home lending drawdown target.• Transformed the culture of the sales team into a high performing sales team.• Developed and implemented a 6–12-week onboarding programme for all new team members, which onboarded new staff more efficiently, leading to quicker sales success, staff progression and employee satisfaction.
