POGO champions childhood cancer care and ensures everyone affected by childhood cancer has access to the best care and support.At POGO, I develop strategy and implement it.I am part of a managerial team responsible for operational issues.I plan content, and write and edit it.I manage the brand and help team members be brand ambassadors.I mentor and coach, and am open to being mentored and coached. My role is a resource to other programs, just as those programs feed the messages I/we develop and the stories I/we tell.I measure and manage what we measure, and rely on other team members’ subject matter expertise to help bring our communications analytics to life (I don't know it all).I work in internal and external comms, HR comms and GR. I contribute to IDEA work, knowing I/we don’t know what I/we don’t know about inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility.There's more to this role than space allows.
