I graduated from UKZN in 1999 with a BComm (Hon) Degree in Personnel Managementand Labour Legislation. The early years of my career were spent with Deneys Reitz Attorneys whereI gained invaluable experience in South African labour law.It was this experience which set me on the path to labour force management when in 2008 my partner and I made the decision to purchase Durpro Workforce Solutions, taking up the role of Managing Director.As Managing Director I oversee the operational, financial, and strategic management of the business. Durpro Workforce Solutions is a specialised labour management and human resources partner thathas grown exponentially.Passionate about people, Durpro Workforce Solutions performs a specialised, professional outsourced human resources function for businesses.Effective human resources management is crucial to all activities and objectives in any successful business. Durpro thrives by treating every business we engage with as if it were our own, taking on the human resource responsibility is the framework on which we measure our level of success. In 2016 Durpro acquired Medsearch Recruitment, a specialised medical recruitment company.
