I graduated from UKZN in 1999 with a BComm (Hon) Degree in Personnel Managementand Labour Legislation. The early years of my career were spent with Deneys Reitz Attorneys whereI gained invaluable experience in South African labour law.It was this experience which set me on the path to labour force management when in 2008 my partner and I made the decision to purchase Durpro Workforce Solutions, taking up the role of Managing Director.As Managing Director I oversee the operational, financial, and strategic management of the business.
