- Managing the 3 year, multi-state (SA, NSW and WA) Quality Jobs Quality Care research project- Maintaining effective working relationships with four project partners to design, implement and evaluate six workforce trials - Leading the achievement of the research team's work plan, managing workflows, setting and monitoring workplan priorities - Managing human resource activities for the team including recruitment and contract management - Meeting complex program governance responsibilities - Managing a significant project budget and the administration of the grant funding- Undertaking a range of contract management activities including the negotiation and the management of sub-contractors- Implementing a communications strategy including administering the project website, leading the development and production of an online toolkit, contributing to research publications and presentations

- Led the management of a national aged care innovation program of 26 projects (58 project sites) and designed, implemented and evaluated the projects with partners over an 18 month period - Supervised a team providing coaching, guidance and training for team members including students; and including recruitment, contract and performance management of the team- Managed the significant program budget, primarily the distribution and administration of the grant funding for the 26 projects and national evaluation - Organised workflows, setting and monitoring priorities in a complex internal (the business was ceasing operations) and external environment (aged care reform agenda)- Directed and coordinated quality assurance processes and practices including the risk management of the 26 projects funded and the national evaluation contract- Managed program governance responsibilities (e.g. board reporting, ministerial reports and briefs)Implemented a complex communications strategy requiring a range of communications including national evaluation reports, policy and practice documents, marketing material and website program pages- Represented HWA in national forums and liaison with internal and external stakeholders on the program activities- Participated in innovation education and practice and played an active role in the leadership team for the workforce and innovation unit.

- Provided executive support to the Statewide Cardiology Clinical Network Steering Committee and the eight active workgroups - Managed multiple projects of the workgroups and met agreed objectives, timelines and budget - Conducted research to provide accurate and appropriate data and findings for statewide changes to cardiovascular health policy and practice- Managed governance responsibilities for network with SA Health (e.g. quarterly reporting, ministerial briefs)- Communicated, negotiated and worked collaboratively with stakeholders including consumers, clinicians and other relevant stakeholders to achieve objectives- Supported cross-network teamwork to foster innovative practice and ensure efficient and effective network management- Implemented a statewide communications strategy including writing project reports, supporting the publication of policy recommendations, provided presentations, published a newsletter and administered network website- Provided cardiovascular health expertise and represented network interests when required.
