Recruited to create and lead the Human Resources Department for a defense contractor that uses the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS®) to implement a 10-year aggressive growth strategy through acquisitions. Starting the Human Resources Department from scratch, developed and implemented all facets of human resources to include employee handbook, processes, procedures, organizational development, recruiting, standard operating procedures for all divisions of business, multistate payroll, performance review, independent contractors, commercial insurance, and state and federal compliance.

Provided tactical and strategic leadership to the Human Resources Department one of Orlando Sentinel's "Top 100 Companies for Working Families." Ensured human resources programs, policies, procedures, and practices were implemented successfully and aligned with corporate strategic objectives. Provided specific expertise in human resource functional areas and served as an authority in areas of legal and regulatory compliance, 401k oversight, succession planning, recruitment, and payroll; completed applicable state and federal compliance reporting.

Directed and provided strategic leadership to the human resources department for one of Florida Trends "Best Large Companies to Work For.” Consulted with management on issues regarding compliance, compensation, employee development and discipline, immigration, and workforce planning.
