• Successfully lead the regional Employee Experience practices and processes in APJ, ranging from onboarding to offboarding, including internal transfers, leaves of absence, benefits support, and performance management during a 15% headcount growth phase• Lead a capability building program to increase the scope, value, and complexity of work performed in the ERC whilst elevating team skillset and performance• Increased brand and visibility of ERC in APJ to ensure that the regional needs, processes, and unique aspects of the region are taken into consideration at the global level• Managed, coached and developed team into consistently achieving highest NPS and SLA scores and self-service take up across global ERC• Introduced use of quarterly metrics to identify trends across region to address specific employee issues and areas of opportunity• Drove and supported regional ERC response to COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in APJ and subsequent remote working, re-entry and Future of Work planning• Developed key partnerships with COEs to ensure operational excellence for holistic approach to APJ EX impact and delivery
