Use of case studies, online learning, Executive Education, train-the-trainer, observation methodologies and the development of fully customised learning strategies and pathways of learning to optimise training and knowledge transfer opportunities within each Organising Committee for future Olympic and Paralympic Games editions.

Liaised with the Executive team and functional business units alike to ensure development of readiness capabilities and a collective understanding and implementation of Games-time C3 practices.
