I am thrilled to be part of this great industry and to own an agency with my father, Joseph Kelly. We are so proud to continue the legacy my grandfather started more than 50 years ago! Our specialty is small businesses, nonprofit organizations and churches and has been since our early days. I plan to continue the legacy of personalized, accessible customer service that my family has always offered with technology updates to better meet the needs of our clients. Since 2021, we updated to a web-based phone service (you can text us on our business line!), a management system, and a website-all which have allowed us to go from a paper agency to a digital one and gives our customers greater access to us on multiple platforms.

Provided teaching support throughout schools in primary, junior and upper level programs, utilizing the Montesorri Method and practice. I enjoyed working and connecting with all the major stakeholders in a students education experience including parents and family, specialists, volunteers, and administration.

I embraced technology and looked for opportunities to improve the lives of people I work with. I was always learning and adjusting my teaching style to fit the needs for those we served. Connecting with all of the key people in a students education experience (family, volunteers, off-campus programs, administration), was important to create the best classroom and academic experience for each student.Grade 6--Created integrated Math, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies lessons utilizing technology including Smart Board, Khan Academy and Bitesize. Assessed students throughout the learning process utilizing discussion, KWL and rich culminating tasks.Library and Media Studies--Developed integrated literacy and technology curriculum for K-6 students. Utilized online resources such as We Give Books, International Children’s Digital Library, Sweet Search and findingDulcinea.com.

Evaluated and assessed over 900 college applications in collaboration with colleagues each admission cycle, counseled prospective students and families through the university admission cycle. Utilized admissions software including Argus, IC Workflow, Parnassus, HomerConnect, Org Sync and Banner.

Assisted students with submitting documentation, posted employment opportunities on the website, assisted departments with student employment issues. Trained, coordinated and supported teams of literacy tutors working in under-served elementary schools for America Reads Challenge.

Interviewed, evaluated and commended prospective students for admission and merit scholarships in collaboration with colleagues. Coordinated campus visits for prospective college students and families
