About Jacqui Mcguirk

Jacqui Mcguirk is a Associate Solicitor at Seddons. Colleagues describe them as "Jacqui came to Goodhand and Forsyth as a 40 week placement, which forms part of her Law Degree. Jacqui was offered the work placement after an assessment day where she was being assessed with 12 other students. It was clear from the start that Jacqui had the potential. When Jacqui commenced her placement it was varied, dealing with some criminal litigation and the law shop. She then moved to the family department where we have well and truly watch her develop as a person and an aspiring lawyer. Despite difficult challenges, Jacqui took control and focussed all her attention on the job at hand, doing all she could for colleagues and clients. She has assisted a great deal in the recent changes in the Family Department, introducing a new billing system, which she created. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jacqui and if she was not sure about something she would always check. I have absolutely no doubt that Jacqui will do very well in her final year and hope she obtains a training contract. Any firm will find Jacqui a real asset."
