Current• Develops and facilitates ABA Therapy Services for Action Behavior Centers at West Forth Worth clinic location.• Program facilitation at West Fort Worth location including following BIP targets and programs, collaborating with BCBA’s and other RBT’s within my clinic and other ABC clinics, and collaborating with parents and families to communicate child’s services and progress.• Presents individual targets for each child and their specific needs and goals based on BIP created by BCBA/Supervisor.• Cooperates with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders to develop and facilitate best ABA practices.• Coordinates clinic celebrations and graduations for clients including parents and families.• Raising public awareness about what Action Behavior Centers has to offer through social media, word-of-mouth, and through parents and other family members sharing information about our services with friends and loved ones.• Communicates with families and clients at the beginning and end of each day to update on client’s activities and progress throughout each day/week.• Applies first class time management skills and top tier client services to ensure strongest results from each client’s BIP and ABA services.
