As the Compliance Manager for KGAL I aim to ensure that the Company provides a consistent service that meets both external and internal requirements in the UK and overseas.I monitor and advise on the performance of the management system of quality, environment and health & Safety (SHEQ). I produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards .As Complaince Manager I liaise with other managers and staff throughout KGAL to ensure that the SHEQ management system is functioning properly. I advise on changes and their implementation, provide training, tools and techniques.My work includes:Devising and establishing KGAL's SHEQ procedures, standards and specifications;Working with the purchasing department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;Defining the SHEQ procedures and work instructions;Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.Based in Wakefield I am responsible for the efficient functioning of this office for KGAL.
