As a teen working at McDonalds, the minute I saw and understood the precisely recorded global processes, supported by custom tools, creating an efficient, reliable whole and unified system, I could feel and sense the organisation that went into the clock work efficiency. It expanded the circuitry of my mind.After university, seeking new ideas, I immersed myself in a community of entrepreneurs creating businesses to support their lifestyles. I diversified, managing and creating growth and innovation in this portfolio of businesses. I was inspired by the drive and creativity I saw in people choosing their own paths, the power of their alignment with themselves, their lives and the businesses they loved. Now educated in strategy, multitasking, interdependence, clear communication, creating systems, responsibility, forethought, problem solving, making it happen became second nature. Offered an opportunity to work in the US with counterparts of my top brass (network) I scaled up. Three decades later, Iāve guided professionals and entrepreneurs across the globe to activate their vision by aligning with On-Purpose ideas across various industries. These include retail, wholesale, import / export, sales, health/ wellbeing, coaching, beverage, market research, farming, advertising, cosmetic science, interior design and home staging. I do this by developing strategies, designing solutions, deploying systems into workable roadmaps with a focus on ārespond by designā rather than āreact by defaultā modes of operation.Walking with clients through seamless planning, simple processes, and successful performance, I translate, integrate and align vision into action, creating collaborative, hybrid or turn key business blueprints to your specific requisites and desires.
