I take pride in building trusted relationships with clients to help solve employment tax concerns impacting their businesses. I am involved in liaising with HMRC CRMs to assist my clients with their employment tax risk profiles and risk ratings. I help implement appropriate governance strategies for SAO obligations having reviewed any potential PAYE weaknesses. I assist clients with complex PAYE/NIC reviews and PAYE /NIC Aspect and Full voluntary disclosures to HMRC. I am one of two of the firms lead champions in respect of the ‘2014/15 new the intermediary rules' the 2017/18 off- payroll public body rules'; the impending April 2020 IR35 helping rules, helping clients understand the impact of these in their business both from a compliance and commercial perspective. I have implemented internal and external training on these subjects.I oversee due diligences,PAYE audit risk assessments, P11D/PSA/TAS preparation, and advise on termination payments, relocation packages, CIS reviews, bonus waivers, salary sacrifice arrangements, non-executive directors and non-resident directors, expenses policies, HR strategies, dispensations. As part of a team I will identify potential weaknesses in relation to globally mobile employees; inbound PAYE/NIC compliance, overseas witholding/Social Security and home/overseas relocation packages.
