As a law clerk, I conduct extensive research in diverse areas of law, including commercial, criminal and family law, to support the formulation of thorough and timely legal advice to clients. I skilfully draft concise and clear letters of advice to clients, court documents, and correspondence addressed to opposing parties and pertinent stakeholders. I collaborate closely with administrative personnel, fellow law clerks, and solicitors to ensure streamlined and professional case management, promoting efficiency throughout legal proceedings.

I oversee all operations of the branch to ensure it operates in accordance with the mission and values. I develop and implement strategies and improvements to ensure the branch's ongoing success and sustainability. I also chair fortnightly executive committee meetings and general meetings.

I ensured 180DC UOW complied with the relevant legal requirements, rules and processes as a global initiative within an academic institution through extensive research, organisation and supervision. I drafted and presented proposals to potential industry partners to acquire new partnerships for the branch. I developed a bullying prevention policy, sexual harassment prevention policy, and volunteer complaint policy to ensure 180DC provided a safe and supportive environment for all involved.

I prepared a short and long term business plan for a large not-for-profit organisation to enable social impact measurement, operational efficiency, and effective marketing and communication strategies. I focused specifically on operational efficiency by developing an internship model and other recommendations to provide additional support to the organisation to ensure its longevity and growth.

I completed an operational efficiency report for the largest student led organisation at the University of Wollongong in a team of four. I focused specifically on organisational design, developing key recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary workloads, and in turn achieve the clients' goals and outcomes. I prepared and presented the executive slide deck, securing a client donation of $1,200.00 for 180DC UOW.

At Pandora, I met KPIs through providing high level customer service, efficiently managing large volumes of stock across multiple product lines, training new team members, and organising displays in innovative and creative ways. I utilised persuasive communication, in-depth product knowledge, and interpersonal skills to engage the broad range of customers, identify their needs, and build rapport to sell and upsell jewellery and create positive customer experiences. I worked within a small, high-performing team which has highlighted the importance of bringing a positive and energetic attitude to the workplace, as well as the need to be productive and efficient. My proudest achievements include a $2500 sale, being appointed as a senior staff member, and being unanimously voted as the employee with the most ‘Christmas Spirit’.
