Energy is what I’m about. I bring this energy to my role as Chief Executive. I never get bored since the work is challenging and diverse and no one day is the same as the last. My areas of expertise cover financial management, lateral hire recruitment, business development, business planning, mentoring, and marketing. A huge part of my time is invested in the development of our client relationships. I am driven by the many opportunities to help clients build their businesses and support them over the long-term. I like nothing better than working with our solicitors and support staff, encouraging them in their personal and professional development. The firm has a wonderful energy about it which assists enormously in the recruitment of excellent like-minded staff.
