Reporting to the National Coaching Manager, I have been responsible for driving national Sales Performance in Optus Retail outlets across NSW. During my time in this role, my stores have achieved an average Quarter on Quarter uplift of 8.5% above the National Uncoached average. I have also been awarded with two Hero awards for Leadership - one for my contribution to the coordination and execution of O-Week activities, the other for the creation and coordination of a State Based product focus group.

Erina, Nsw

Within this role I learnt more about the business side of running a store. In particular, getting an overview of the P and L for my store, working with Retail Finance to assist with Remittance, ordering stock and forecasting sales and Business Planning. I was able to lift the performance of the Erina Fair store through building a productive, fun culture that is supportive of each team member and encourages growth and development. I also won an Optus Hero Award for Leadership.

I started with Vodafone in a Full Time Sales position. Within a year I was managing my first store but decided to step back to Assistant Manager in 2008. After a couple of location changes and a year of Mat Leave I went back to the Store Manager role in 2012. I managed multiple locations to success and aided the development of many staff.
