  • Assisted clients through the design process, arriving at a sustainable solution to high-end living.• Renovated a 2 Bedroom condo, in Woodbury Heights, New York mainly assisting the client with interior design and decoration of both bedrooms. Specifically erecting decorative walls.• Worked on several projects ranging from wood-framed new construction residential buildings to gut-rehabs of existing tenements throughout New York City and State.• Prepared design schematics for a 2 Bedroom Kitchen renovation in Frigate Bay, St.Kitts.• Designed a 4 Bedroom, single family high-end residence in West Farm, St.Kitts.• Prepared cost analysis for several projects in the Basseterre, St.Kitts area.• Specification and Project Manual writing, preparation of Bid Packages and Bid Breakdowns.• Made design presentations to tenants for specific H.P.D. owned and pre-rehabilitated buildings. • Prepared quantity surveying data for bid submissions.
