Fifteen employees were in waiting period for more than a year and under my leadership it was approved and payed in six months all of them.- Participation into the restructuration plan for a new organisational structure, where I led the team assigned to review files, contracts and promotions to identify the best benefit to the employee within the process and under the Collective Hiring Agreement. People were helped with a special retirement process under specifics conditions age and working time into the public administration, proposal was approved and executed. - Successful negotiation with the Labour Organisations about the uniforms for the employees according with the Collective Hiring Agreement. Uniforms were delivered nationally with 95% of success, after a gap of two years without the benefit.
