o Team leader for design and implementation of Compliance and Ethics projects (team of 6) and direct report to Managing Partner.o Experience in over 25 compliance projects for companies in diverse sectors including services, real estate, pharma, transport, port services, marketing, IT, among others.o Responsible of developing legal risks assessments, action plans and compliance adequation proposals for the Firm’s clients.o Responsible of drafting compliance documents such as Code of Conducts, corporate policies, processes, guidelines and manuals. o Knowledge of Spanish criminal legislation and international standards, such as: Spanish Criminal Code, Law 10/2010 on prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; UNE 19601 on criminal compliance management systems; ISO 19600 on compliance management systems; ISO 37000 on anti bribery management systems; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act.o Author of articles and publications about Compliance and Ethics.

Professor responsible of the files related with Code of Conduct and other Compliance matters.

o Process monitoring and contract review to prevent non-compliance.o Presentation of results for management / stakeholders on legal, regulatory, compliance and other internal matters of the organization. o Legal and compliance advice to the management, in matters such as Corporate Law, advertising and labelling, regulatory processes and compliance.

o Legal counselling to corporate clients over regulatory law, administrative law, free competition, consumer rights and constitutional matters.o Legal representation of companies in administrative procedures and before administrative courts.

o Research and analysis of jurisprudence, legislation and legal documents.o Engaged with clients’ stakeholders such as directors, government agencies, unions, customers and community-based organizations.o Coordinator of interns of the Public Law Department.
