As the Manager of New Ventures, I work alongside our Head of Operations to bring our New Ventures experiments to life. This includes designing operational plans, drafting SOPs, building trainings for internal and/or partner teams, and identifying how we'll measure success and capture learnings along the way. In addition to experimental projects, I am responsible for developing product and policy around our subscription and pay-as-you-go products via customer interviews, competitor research, and internal pilots.
