Current Project: 160 Folsom - MIRA SF160 Folsom - Mira SF will be a 400 foot, 41 story, 391 residential building with a uniquely designed "twisting" spiral facade. Mira will reshape the San Francisco Skyline, and is centrally located amongst the vibrant tech companies and ever so changing SOMA district. The project also includes townhouses with below market and market rate units, along with all the luxury and retail amenities Mira has to offer. Key Duties at 160 Folsom: 1) Assist in the curtain wall activities; exterior window washing activities, and roof enclosure activities. 2) Monitor construction activities and site conditions, and take corrective actions to non-compliant work. That of which include QA/QC site-walk throughs with the Subcontractor, Owner, Consultant, and Architect. 3) Oversee the cost interdependencies of the project and apply judgement to best manage these e.g. attendance costs for contractors, financial implication of overlapping work.4) Aid in the preplanning of work with subcontractors in order to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.

Past Project: Mission Bay South - Block 1Mission Bay – Block 1 will include a new construction of two multi-family residential buildings in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco located between 3rd, Channel and 4th Streets. The project is a 2 acre block of land comprised of two buildings with 350 units overall and three above-grade parking levels for 346 cars, and acquiring for a GPR. Luxury amenities include a resort style podium, with a pool, spa, lush landscaping, two outdoor cabanas, a poolroom, a library, and a community lounge plus a catering kitchen. Key Duties: **Be stationed at the project site or otherwise as deemed necessary by the Construction Manager.1) Assist in the checklist inspection/punch list process before handing over the total cost of ownership. 2) Maintain and review status of all project-related correspondence, that include: - Daily field reports - Notice to Comply Reports - Request For Information - SWPPP inspections - Daily work force reports and monthly man hr log to the EH&S Manager. - Safety Orientations, and safety observations. - Plangrid 3) Supervise the mobilization, construction, and closeout of sub-contractors. Those include: - CMU Masonry scope of work. 4) Manage change events, change orders, and pay applications for seven subcontractors. 5) Process the close-out procedures for all 61 subcontractors on the project, and ensure delivery of all documentation such as: - As-built drawings - Warranties - O&M Manuals - Complete training and demonstrations 6) Updating the sustainability data for electricity, waste, and water on the project using the FOOTPRINT software on a monthly basis.
