In 2013, I started working at a Hospital, where I took charge of three different positions: First, a cost controller where I was responsible of calculating department’s profitability and break-even point, building an operating and capital functional budget. Second, as a purchasing manager where I was in charge of all hospital purchases except medication and all hospital inventory, I reorganized the department and added some significant changes in procedures and protocols leading to cost minimization of materials. Third, I founded the decision support department, the purpose of this department was to prepare critical reports to assist management in decision-making, and after referring to many hospital’s related articles, I developed up to 32 different customizable reports, KPIs, and ratios. Moreover, I coordinated most of the hospital’s new projects including the inauguration of the newest 4 stories building, the open heart unit, importing materials from abroad and NSSF Classification report. On June 2017, I started a part time job as a Financial Consultant at Jabbour Restaurant in Dubai where I’m handling all financial aspects remotely on daily basis after work and in person every 2 months I visit Dubai to make sure things are aligned. In March, 2019, I took on another challenge as a Financial Controller, this time in a payment solution company based in Geneva, where I was able to implement controls and monitoring on all aspects of our financial service business using Tableau BI software while directing the Finance department.
