a- Study the file concerning a client sent by the relationship manager.b- Analyze the financial statements of the client.c- Define all the risks that could affect the client business.d- Based on the above points, to give our opinion concerning the facilities requested by the client (to grant client the requested facilities or to refuse it).

a- Ensure that risk exposures are managed within the approved limits and in accordance with the policies.b- Indentify and report credit risk issues to senior management and recommend necessary actions.c- Collect portfolio data and controlling credit risk related information.d- Refinance the facilities and control them to stay within the limit.
