Building Information Modeling- Creating and Managing digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of a building covering many tasks from which are listed below.• Develop and Manage BIM Models: Create detailed 3D models of MEP systems using software like Revit, Civil 3D and NavisWorks.• Integrate Systems: Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural elements to ensure proper integration and avoid conflicts. • Create Specifications: Develop technical specifications for MEP systems including equipment and material requirements.• Prepare Design Drawings: Create construction documents, schematics and detailed drawings based on the BIM model.• Collaborate with Other Disciplines: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment • Mentor Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior BIM Engineers.• Ensure Code Compliance: Verify that design comply with local building codes and regulations.• Assist with Scheduling: Help in the development and management of project schedules related to MEP systems installation.• Support Construction Teams: Provide technical support for construction teams to ensure the correct installation and functioning of MEP systems

At a time, i was working as the production supervisor/manager for the Air Outlets department at KBE International S.A.L. This is actually considered as the most valuable experience in my career, since I was involved in the whole production process from receiving the packing list, till delivering the goods in the most efficient way possible. Working as a production manager clearly requires a multi tasker who can handle pressure.I am taking care of many responsibilities, like:• Receiving the Packing List, doing the necessary Cut sheet and QC sheet.• Providing Delivery Dates for the orders received by managing them between the different lines of production, in addition of the paint section.• Managing between the international orders and local ones, and taking care of the shipment schedule while respecting the promised delivery date.• Assigning Personnel Requests to the Human Resources department related to all needs of workers and team leaders.• Taking care of the stability of quantity of Raw materials needed.• Drawing special product dimension drawings for non-standard items.• Ensure goods are delivered as per promised delivery dates/container loading date, inform department head if targets will not be met and propose alternatives and an action plan.

Basically, this position was a real big thing for myself, because quality is what makes every business out there a vast satisfier for their customers. In addition of that, quality lies on details.
