Creating, reviewing and adapting data collection tools (Relational database systems and HER/EMR) according to the project indicators, and coordinating the development, implementation and follow up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for documentation and for patient’s management.Develop and implement data quality assurance methods to ensure good performance of activities and reliability of information.Provide technical support to medical team and data entry staff in data recording, collection, and entry in clinics and PHCCs.Organize, implement and provide technical support in the establishment of monitoring tools for new activities.On a monthly, quarterly and basis of request, implementing detail analysis of recorded data for key indicators for the project in order to facilitate the definition, redefinition or reorientation of project activity.
