CurrentStaying Positive, Fighting Hard and always Supporting Our Teammates .- Be an active conduit for new sales for existing customers - Update the supporting database as necessary to ensure the data for the sales team is up to date and relevant- Log all activities accurately and act as support to the sales team to ensure propers tracking of metrics - Provide oversight and analysis of the day-to-day sales, margin, and customer relationship management for your region - Be a role model for the team in actions, communication, and results - Penetrate and understand your regions deeply and customers personally where it can profitably achieve dominant market share - Become a trusted advisor and resource to the construction community - Participate in regional sales team meetings - Participate in developing and strive to overachieve your OKRs - Be active in cross functional team environment Develop relationships with customers, manage their requests and proactively work with them on orders - Process sales orders and input order specifications into ERP System (NetSuite) - Serve as main contact from beginning to end with accountability for customer satisfaction - Review inventory control and production plans to understand lead times and communicate those back to customers - Be an advocate for customer within the organization, confirming inventory and updating processes - Be meticulous about details, passing along relevant information to other team members - Prepare invoices, inform customers of pricing and deposits, collect payments and distribute receipts
