With over 3 years of dedicated experience, I have had the privilege of working with children in various capacities. My background includes roles as an Access Specialist at Duke Hospital, where I provided direct family care during vulnerable times, and as a Registered Behavior Technician, working one-on-one with children with autism.I've also contributed to the education sector through substitute teaching, developing strong classroom management skills and adapting to diverse learning environments.Currently, I am pursuing a double major in Sociology and Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a minor in Child and Family Development. My academic journey reflects my unwavering commitment to understanding the complex dynamics of child development and family relationships. My long-term aspiration is to obtain a Master's in Occupational Therapy, specializing in pediatrics. This path perfectly aligns with my passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children facing unique challenges.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the ability to provide family-centered care during difficult times, and a strong dedication to pediatric occupational therapy. These skills, combined with my love for continuous learning and personal growth, drive my mission to be a positive force in the lives of children and their families.I look forward to connecting, collaborating, and contributing to meaningful projects and opportunities in the field of child development and therapy. Together, we can create a brighter future for the next generation."
