- Provide administrative support throughout the planning and implementation of educational/recreational off campus excursions within the Greater Boston and the New England region.- Create registration forms, confirmation forms, publicity materials, and calendar events to be uploaded to the Student Activities Office website.- Manage weekly trip send offs, create trip information packets/trip information cheat sheets, hold weekly informational meetings for proctors, andformulate trip rosters.- Student primary contact via office email.

- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.- Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and manage financial transactions.- Greet, receive, and serve customers in a welcoming manner.

- Use technologies like computers, smartphones, manage apps to receive/sort inventory.- Scan barcodes and stack packages on pallets to help get customer orders ready for delivery.

- Manage, plan, instruct, organize, and oversee camper projects and activities (arts & crafts, field trips, etc.)- Set up, guide, and teach outdoor activities while monitoring and ensuring camper safety (hiking, swimming, boating, etc.)- Instruct campers in daily routines and cleanup tasks- Perform administrative tasks (filing, record keeping, etc.) as needed.
