My team and I worked with our mentor to suggest recommendations on how to improve patients' experiences in waiting rooms and their Press Ganey scores. We researched different ways to assess previous customer service data and found ways to improve their waiting room times and environment, as well as bringing awareness to biases in hospitals, and provided recommendations to improve communication between patient and practitioner.

My team and I worked with our mentor to create an informational presentation and brochure about the benefits and importance of Yoga in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). We researched how it benefited different categories of people ranging from adolescents, children with autism, people with mental illnesses, and students in school. Our group then presented it to our mentor, and she sent it out to her fellow colleagues in our target audience.
