Review monthly financials and assorted reports with Regional Managers, assist with the review and revision of company policies, stay in close communication with Owners regarding property performance, and prepare and review annual budgets.

Oversee operations for 11 properties and nearly 800 boat slips in the Greater Los Angeles area.
