As a Master Pilates instructor (through Club Pilates) I educate and lead a 500 hour comprehensive teacher training program to all students. This program includes 12 in studio days where I cover training on reformer, spring board, cadilac, jump board, ladder barrel, spine corrector and other Pilates equipment. Through out the program, I serve as a life long mentor to all of my students.

- Cultivated success driven culture enabling completion of customer service and membership growth targets within the first 4 months of operating.- Manage overall studio finances including Marketing ROI, sales trend, and studio maintenance within a monthly budget.- Executing strategic playbook at new site, overseeing construction quality, and finalizing operations.- Manage over 15 instructors and 5 front end sales associates setting targets, schedules and performance reviews.

Responsible for supporting 232 + studios as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an Club Pilates open studio. As an RSM I am responsible for insuring each new studio location meets membership and revenue goals during Pre-Sale, Soft Opening and Grand OpeningOther responsibilities include but are not limited to:Guiding Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing planHelping new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post openingProviding on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General ManagersReviewing club operations with the GM and the Franchise OwnerHosting one-on-one calls and webinars with staffCoaching studios on customer service best-practicesAdvising on Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs
