Senior Application Engineer
Current• Standardize and develop new test methods by utilizing a broad range of analytical techniques, including both destructive and non-destructive testing as well as validating existing test methods for internal application.• Utilize customer feedback to drive improvements in customer service and optimize testing processes.• Provide training to lab personnel, marketing, and sales teams, and deliver internal presentations.• Conduct customer presentations and consultations on best practices, lead visits and training sessions, and oversee technical training and talent development for strategic initiatives and breakthrough technologies.• Support and ensure the completion of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for customer complaints and overall product performance issues.• Employ consultative skills when engaging with customers to build trust and ensure transparency in managing their incidents.• Communicate and consult with AE field roles, Key Account Managers (KAMs), project teams, and customers.• Lead and manage both internal and external technical requests and projects through laboratory testing and assessment for customers.• Deliver technical support for both new and existing products by optimizing material application processes and directly assisting customers to troubleshoot and resolve product and process issues.
