Hello! I'm Jada, a freshman at Missouri State University with a passion for everything business and leadership. When asked to describe my leadership style, I always refer back to encouraging. From a young age, I knew people worked better when they are encouraged and appreciated. As a young and aspiring leader these are my values. Throughout my high school career, I've been very involved in DECA, advancing to state four times and internationally twice. I've served as the Vice President and President of my DECA chapter throughout high school. Other involvements I have in school and within my community are Future Business Leaders of America, Gateway Club (Book Club), Student Council, French Club, Cheerleading, and Big Brother Big Sister Program. Over the next years, I aspire to become a better leader and expanded my knowledge within the fields of business, entrepreneurship, economics, investments, communications, real estate, and so much more!
