As a Graduate Admissions Intern at the Darden School of Business, I supervised the Student Admissions Committee, collecting social media and marketing content from group of 25 second-year students. I planned and executed virtual information sessions and coffee chats for the Future Year Scholars program, giving academic, social, and extracurricular advice to groups of 10-20 prospective applicants. Furthermore, I evaluated application files with the Admissions Committee and coordinated communication between Admissions Committee and Darden students.

As an intern with the Undergraduate Office of Admission, I collaborate with a team of interns to adapt and execute our outreach strategy for prospective students amid the COVID-19 pandemic. I have developed a virtual tour of Grounds and participated in online information sessions throughout the summer and the semester, giving academic, social, and extracurricular advice to prospective students.

As a Resident Advisor, I collaborated with co-staffers to plan and execute social, academic, multicultural, community-oriented, and health and wellness programs. I developed inclusive community among residents in dorm area while implementing and enforcing all Housing and Residence Life policies.

As an Orientation Leader, I advised incoming freshman and transfer students on academic, extracurricular, and social life through large presentations, small group discussions, and one-on-one conversations. I collaborated with a staff of over 40 during a 3-week training to execute 10 successful orientation sessions, while leading groups of 10-15 student orientees. During the summer, I developed valuable customer service and leadership skills through interacting with students, parents, and peers while directly assisting with course registration and inquiries about the University.
