Supervise clients within a residential facility, assist clients with their day-to-day needs, transport clients to medical appointments, administer daily medications, ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance within licensing standards, conduct monthly facility observation's, maintain records and facility logs, maintain client files, logs, and related information, conduct intakes and discharges, lead shift's, document critical incident's, follow up with Case Management and DFPS Conservators regarding client behavior, behavior modification, trauma informed care, report abuse and neglect, create weekly developmentally appropriate activities for youth, manage client inventory logs and shelter spending on youth.
