Under the day-to-day direction of the on-duty Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, the general purpose of the Patient Care Technician (PCT) position is to maximize patient flow through the clinic while providing a Stellar Patient Experience PCT is responsible for performing all the appropriate administrative tasks, including EMR documentation, in accordance with company policies and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Schedule patient appointments via phone, email, or databases. • Verifying patients' medical insurance. • Coordinates projects including but not limited to no-show appointments, cancellations, and marketing leads. • Reminds patients of all clinic and surgery appointments and ensures all required information is coordinated with the patient. • Performs tracking and follow-up for new and established patients. • Meet or exceed timelines for projects and communicate with the direct supervisor about work status and progress.
