That developed into a substantial build-to-suit project in Huntsville, AL, and that one project has led me to build several additional projects for this same client across the United States. This client relationship soon grew to include many other client relationships with a over 100 successful build-to-suit projects across the country. My company pursues a conservative philosophy of portfolio development by retaining a substantial portfolio of industrial buildings.
