I am a student of the commercial and industrial real estate development industry. I began my career over 40 years ago, by developing solid relationships with key stakeholders that would enable me to move swiftly and with certainty for my clients. I strategically choose the clients and projects where I know I can be successful. My career started with one customer, with one location. That developed into a substantial build-to-suit project in Huntsville, AL, and that one project has led me to build several additional projects for this same client across the United States. This client relationship soon grew to include many other client relationships with a over 100 successful build-to-suit projects across the country. My company pursues a conservative philosophy of portfolio development by retaining a substantial portfolio of industrial buildings. We are a preferred developer for a fortune 50 company and we continue to pursue new relationships to develop build-to-suit projects.Solid relationships are one of my keys to success.
