I worked at Target for 6 years, in that time I have held many positions, such as: Cashier/ Guest Service, Reverse Logistics Unload, Cash Office and Human Resources. I would have to say my promotion to HR was the highlight of my time working at Target.As a HR employee I loved helping my coworker; I was able to assist answering questions regarding pay/benefits, or other personal/internal work situation.
