Focused on film studio / sound stages and multifamily real estate. Adam is a founding partner of Shadowcast Partners and director/partner with Denver-based, FAST Preferred Equity. He specializes in development and strategic advisor services in support of the booming media production real estate market, as well as structured capital investment and financing for ground-up multifamily development projects across the U.S. Previously, Adam worked in commercial development for Zocalo Communities following several years as an international business strategy and brand management executive in the European and U.S. consumer-packaged goods and food/beverage industries. Adam has a BS in Finance & International Business from Indiana University and a Master’s in Business & Real Estate Development from the University of Denver. Adam’s professional skillset includes deal sourcing, financial underwriting, capital raising, structured financing, development management, strategic planning and investor relations. His career includes assignments across the U.S. as well as internationally in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Costa Rica and France. Adam is a member of Rocky Mountain NAIOP and Colorado Urban Land Institute. He is a co-founder of the Montana Film Coalition.
