Adam is an Engineering Leader at Netflix, where he oversees portions of the Open Connect Platform that delivers high-quality streaming content to millions of users around the world. He has more than 25 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, and design, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University. He is also the founder of BACKRND, a startup that leverages cutting-edge technology for real-time content production applications. In his previous role as Engineering Director of Creative Infrastructure at Netflix, he led the design and implementation of the technology infrastructure that supported the production and post-production workflows of Netflix Originals.
