I work with Business Analysts to help determine requirements.I help design technology solutions to meet requirements.I implement solutions in C# with PL/SQL and T-SQL (we have both Oracle and MS SQL databases).I help test and deploy solutions.I configure IIS to host ASP.NET solutions as well as WCF solutions.I work with management to define and refine change management processes, incident management, and business continuity/DR strategies.

I provided teaching assistance to undergraduate students in an introduction to programming with Java course for 1 semester.I provided teaching assistance to graduate students in the Masters in Software Engineering program in a User Interface design course for 3 semesters.I provided teaching assistance to graduate students in the Masters in Software Engineering program in an Enterprise Architecture course for 1 semester.I was responsible for all grading and organizing/executing all labs.

I helped design and implement a windows application to read data from a peripheral device. This device was custom designed to accept many sensors for reading data - things like temperature, pressure, pH, etc. The application was bundled with the device and sold to colleges for use in chemistry labs. The software enabled students to collect data for experiments and then analyze the data using a spreadsheet view, many different graphing views, formulas, etc.

I ran the sales floor, handled snowboard rentals, worked as a technician in the repair shop, and worked with the owner on purchasing and some very light weight business analysis. I organized and implemented the switch-over to a computer-based point-of-sale system. I also implemented and managed the shop's website.
