Hello! My name's Jovan and I am an organized and data-driven professional with extensive experience in SaaS/Fintech. In addition to my experience in Product Management, I worked on Subpslash's support team for more than 4 years.During my time on the Support team, I was able to interact with our clients via 1-on-1 video calls every day and discover both why and how they were using our tools. This time spent forming genuine connections with clients was extremely valuable, especially since clients sometimes used our platform in ways we didn't anticipate! My experience engaging with customers and understanding their needs allowed me to accept a role on our Product team. During my 3-month tenure as an Associate Product Manager, I led 2 product teams and was able to help ship a host of bug fixes and tools that recovered more than $500k in revenue and had a positive impact on client trust. I am looking for new opportunities to join a team as a Product Manager and help build awesome things!
